Senate Moves to Ban Mandatory Arbitration with Defense Contractors
Congratulations to freshman Senator Al Franken (D-MN) and the Senate Judiciary Committee for taking some concrete steps toward leveling the playing field for employees and individual consumers in disputes with influential companies and corporations. The Senate approved a measure banning the use of Mandatory Binding Arbitration clauses in employment contracts by defense companies that contract with the federal government. The amendment in question even garnered the support of a few Republican senators, passing 68-30.
This is another step in the right direction for all of us and I, for one, am grateful!

Kaiser HMO – is a multidisciplinary chain of TEACHING HOSPITALS spread out to several States in our Country. It operates as non- profit and as a FOR PROFIT corporation. In 2009 KP reported a profit of $2.1 BILLION DOLLARS.
KPs teaching hospitals welcomes any qualified physician (besides KPs doctors employees) to enroll themselves in their GRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION (GME) PROGRAM.
KP also has contracts with universities that as well, accommodate their own doctors in this same program. All of these doctors use Kaisers patients body parts and their GME Program as a vehicle to accomplish their medical education.
In my case and I believe in thousands of other cases, (some of which I know about personally) KP and its GME Program have performed not needed medical procedures and intentionally committed horrific, gruesome medical crimes.
After 10 years of relentless, careful, detailed investigation and of collecting piles of documentations of sorts, I was finally able to find out what they had done to my body parts, to comprehend what exactly Kaiser is and exactly how do they hide behind their GME Program, – to severely and at times intentionally injuring or even killing their innocent patients.
If the patient/victim dares to seek justice, KPs binding arbitration system – with great cooperation from unscrupulous medical wittiness, judges, attorneys, law firms, federally contracted non-profit organizations such as ACGME, HSAG, CPIC (former NCCC) the
DMHC, (Californias Department of Insurance replacement) the CMB and the OIA, will make certain to stop you cold from getting justice and from finding out illegal, disturbing truth about what was done to your health. They simply toss your patients rights out of a window.
Once in a while as it is true in my case, their combined malicious and illegal efforts to cover up medical assault and battery and Medicare fraud -are defeated.
